From what age can my child start?
From age 4, and our tracks go up to 16 and above.
Does my child need any English first?
No. We assess their level and start where it suits them, even from the alphabet.
How many children are in a group?
3 to 6 children.
Do I need to sit with my child?
It helps at the start to set up the device and sound, then they gradually manage on their own.
How do I follow my child's progress?
You get a regular report on attendance and progress, and an assessment at the end of each level.
Can I pay in instalments?
Yes, with Tabby or Tamara in 4 payments, with no interest or extra fees.
Can I get a refund?
A full refund within 7 days of payment, as long as the first lesson hasn't started. See the refund and postponement policy.
What is the Golden Guarantee?
If your child meets the attendance and homework conditions and doesn't reach the goal, they repeat the level for free.
